Higher Education
Throughout sixth form we support all students in choosing their future destinations, wherever that may be. Whilst investigating different pathways, all students attend the UCAS Higher Education Fair and spend a day at Chichester University. Over the past two years over 75% of students have applied to university to study a diverse range of courses from medicine and natural sciences to creative writing and film studies. Students have chosen to study as far away as Queen's in Belfast and 19 students from last year are now studying at a Russell Group University.
A number of students have successfully applied for degree and higher level apprenticeships and some have gone straight into the career of their choice. Students are supported throughout the application process in life skills’ lessons and tutorials with their form tutors.
